How Does it Work?

Medical cannabis helps manage chronic pain by interacting with the body's endocannabinoid system. Cannabinoids like THC and CBD bind to receptors in the brain and nervous system, influencing pain perception and inflammation. THC primarily affects pain perception and mood, while CBD has anti-inflammatory properties. Together, these compounds can reduce pain, improve mood and enhance sleep. Medical cannabis should be used under medical supervision to ensure effectiveness and safety.
